Privacy Policy
Last updated October 25, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Valor Innovation Management & Consulting, doing business as GovProposal Pro ("GovProposal Pro", "we", "us") handles personal and business information in GovProposalPro (the "Service"). We collect what we need to run the Service, use it only to serve you, and do not sell it.
1. Information we collect
- Purchase details from Whop: the email address you used to buy, the product and your plan, so we can unlock your account. Card details stay with Whop and its payment processors. We never see them.
- Demo sign-ups: when you opt in to watch our demo, your first name, email, phone and the ad or link that brought you (campaign tags, ad click ids and the referring site). We use them to show you the demo and to follow up by email, call and text, which you can stop anytime by replying STOP or asking us.
- Account information: name, email, phone, business name and a password. We store only a secure hash of your password.
- Business profile: address, UEI, CAGE code, NAICS codes, certifications, set-aside status, SAM.gov status, capabilities, key personnel and past performance.
- Content you upload or create:
- solicitations and amendments
- company documents and past proposals
- pricing sheets, bids, subcontractor contacts and outreach records
- FOIA letters, agreements, invoices and checklists
- the proposals and documents the Service generates
- Autopilot credentials (Enterprise, optional): the SAM.gov API key, Anthropic API key and email account details and app password you choose to give the GovCon Autopilot. We encrypt them at rest, use them only to run the Autopilot for you and never show them in the app again after you save them.
- Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP address, browser type, the features you use and error logs. We use these to keep the Service secure, enforce plan limits and fix problems.
- Cookies: we use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies in the app. On our landing page, your browser remembers which contract-win popups you have already seen. That record stays in your browser.
2. How we use it
- To create and secure your account and confirm your purchase.
- To provide the tools you use, for example writing proposals from your profile and documents, scoring solicitations, searching SAM.gov and building documents.
- To send account emails: purchase confirmation, login setup, password resets and deadline alerts. You can turn deadline alerts off in your profile.
- To provide support, prevent abuse, enforce usage limits and improve the Service.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your information. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and our AI provider does not use it to train its models under its commercial terms.
3. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only what each one needs:
- Render hosts the application and its database.
- Anthropic processes content you send to AI features, such as solicitations, profile details and documents, to generate results.
- Whop processes purchases and memberships.
- GoHighLevel keeps our customer records and sends account emails.
- Your own providers: when you run the GovCon Autopilot, requests go to SAM.gov and Anthropic on your own API keys, and quote request emails go through your own email provider. Those providers handle that data under your accounts and their own terms.
- USAspending.gov receives keywords and NAICS codes for market price checks. It does not receive your documents.
- SAM.gov and Google receive search terms when you use the vendor, vetting and matchmaking tools, such as a NAICS code, state, trade or city. They do not receive your documents.
We may also disclose information:
- when the law requires it;
- to protect the rights and safety of our users or the Service;
- as part of a merger or sale of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
Our team (the owners and authorized assistants) can see account and profile details to provide support. Every admin action is logged.
4. Security
Our security measures include:
- encryption in transit (HTTPS)
- hashed passwords
- server-side sessions
- two-step sign-in for our admin team
- rate limits
- API keys that are never sent to your browser
- member API keys and mailbox passwords encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM)
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that information, including credentials you give us, will never be accessed or disclosed without permission. If you believe a key or password you gave us has been exposed, revoke it with its provider right away and contact us. Do not upload classified information or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) unless you are permitted to store it in commercial cloud services.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can delete individual documents, proposals and records at any time. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete your content within 30 days. Backups and records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons are kept for up to 90 days, or longer if the law requires.
6. Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile in the app and export your documents. You can ask us to access, correct, delete or provide a copy of your personal information by emailing contact@govproposalpro.com. Depending on where you live, for example in California, you may have additional rights under local law. We will not treat you differently for using them.
7. Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
8. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app.
9. Contact
