Why GovProposalPro

Proposals built to win. Not just to submit.

Most bids are thrown out for compliance before anyone looks at the price. GovProposalPro answers every requirement in your solicitation, in a proposal that reads like it came from a capture team.

01

Compliant by construction

Every FAR clause and instruction in your solicitation and amendments is read and answered. Nothing is invented: anything it can't confirm is flagged for you.

02

Built the way you're graded

A compliance matrix mapped to the evaluation criteria, so the reviewer finds every answer where they expect it. Enterprise grades your draft against Section M first.

03

Looks like a winner

Cover page, table of contents, numbered parts and clean price tables with your logo on every page. Export a PDF or Word file that's ready to submit.

Doing it alone

  • Scrolling SAM.gov for hours hoping something fits what you do.
  • Reading 80 pages of solicitation and amendments to find what actually matters.
  • Cold-calling subcontractors one by one and waiting on quotes.
  • Pricing on a napkin with no idea what the government paid last time.
  • A blank page and a deadline, with FAR clauses you have never seen.
  • Chasing payment because the invoice was not in the right format.

With your GovProposalPro assistant

  • Public SAM.gov opportunities surfaced for you, ranked by how well they fit your business.
  • A plain-English brief of the whole solicitation, with dates, clauses and the contracting officer.
  • SAM.gov registered subs found by NAICS and state, with quote requests ready to send.
  • A price built on real data: past federal awards, your quotes, your overhead and your margin.
  • A compliant, formatted proposal that answers your solicitation, ready for your review.
  • SF-1034 vouchers and milestones, so nothing slips after award.

Your proposal team, pricing analyst and bid manager, in one login. A full government contracting assistant for research, outreach, pricing, writing and invoicing, without the payroll.

Two ways to win

You drive. Or it drives for you.

Core Edition

You upload. It writes.

You pick the solicitation. GovProposalPro does the heavy lifting from there.

  1. Upload the solicitation and amendments.
  2. Read the plain-English brief and your Go/No-Go score.
  3. Line up subs and quotes, and set your price.
  4. Download a compliant, formatted proposal to review and submit.

Enterprise Edition

It does it all.

Tell it about your business once. Press Run, and the Autopilot works the whole bid.

  1. Searches public SAM.gov solicitations that fit you.
  2. Emails vendors for quotes and reads their replies.
  3. Prices from real federal award data and your margin.
  4. Writes the proposal. You review it and submit.

Enterprise · GovCon Autopilot

Your contracting business. On autopilot.

Whether you mow lawns, haul freight or run a subcontracting shop, the Autopilot learns what you do, searches public SAM.gov notices that fit and builds the bid. You decide how many a day, and it only runs when you say go.

The GovCon Autopilot with today's run log and bids moving from found to priced to ready

One press of Run.
Eight jobs done.

Each bid moves through the same steps a seasoned capture team would take, and you can watch every one in the live log.

  1. 1

    Learns your business

Describe what you do, or what you want to do. It works out your NAICS codes, keywords and the contracts you should chase.

  2. 2

    Searches SAM.gov

Searches SAM.gov with your own API key for open, biddable notices in your states with enough time left.

  3. 3

    Decides Go or No-Go

Reads the notice and its attachments and skips the ones you can't win.

  4. 4

    Finds subcontractors

Pulls SAM.gov registered vendors near the work, with their contact details.

  5. 5

    Emails for quotes

Sends quote requests from your own mailbox and reads the replies when they come in.

  6. 6

    Checks the market

Looks up what agencies actually paid for similar work in USAspending award data.

  7. 7

    Prices at your margin

Builds the price from quotes and market data, then applies your overhead and the profit margin you set.

  8. 8

    Writes the proposal

A compliant, formatted proposal lands in your Ready lane. You review it and submit.

Runs when you say go

Set one bid a day or ten. Nothing runs until you press Run, so you stay in control of every bid.

Your keys, no caps

Autopilot runs on your own SAM.gov and Claude API keys, so there's no monthly proposal limit on it. Keys are encrypted and never shown again.

You have the final say

It never submits for you. Every proposal waits for your review, and you mark it submitted or pass.

One Autopilot bid with its market check from past federal awards, price build-up at the member's margin and the vendors it emailed for quotes

Market check, price build-up and vendor quotes for every bid, so you can see exactly how the number was reached.

In every edition

Everything you need to bid. Nothing you don't.

Built for small businesses that do the work or subcontract it, from the first solicitation to the final invoice.

Proposal Engine

A compliant proposal, written for you.

Upload the solicitation and amendments. The engine answers every FAR clause in it, builds your price table from your numbers and leaves placeholders instead of making things up. Then export a formatted PDF or Word file.

“Government contracts should not be reserved for companies with a proposal team.”

We built GovProposalPro for the small business owner who wants to win federal work and keep running their business at the same time. It puts the way we approach every bid into one place: find the right contract, decide if it is worth it, line up subs, price it right and submit something you are proud of. With the Autopilot, it can do most of that while you're on the job.

If you have a question before you buy, email us at contact@govproposalpro.com. A real person will answer.

Kinno & Jalen

The ContractBros

Questions.

What is the difference between Core and Enterprise?

On Core, you choose a solicitation and upload it, and GovProposalPro does the rest: the brief, the Go/No-Go score, subs, pricing and a formatted proposal, up to 10 a month. Enterprise adds the GovCon Autopilot, which finds the solicitations, emails vendors for quotes, checks market prices and writes the proposals for you, plus 50 Command Center proposals a month and the advanced tools.

Does the Autopilot submit proposals for me?

No. It finds, prices and writes the bid, then waits for you. You review every proposal, make any changes, submit it to the agency yourself and mark it submitted. Nothing goes to the government without you.

Why does the Autopilot use my own API keys?

So it can run as much as you want with no monthly cap. You add a free SAM.gov API key and a Claude API key from Anthropic during setup, and you pay Anthropic directly for what you use, with no markup from us. Keys are encrypted, never shown again in the app and can be replaced or removed at any time. The setup screen walks you through getting both.

Will it email vendors without asking me?

Only if you turn on automatic quote requests. Otherwise it lists the vendors it found and you send the requests with one click. Emails go from your own mailbox using an app password you can revoke whenever you like.

Do I need to be registered in SAM.gov?

You need an active SAM.gov registration to be awarded a federal contract. GovProposalPro includes a step-by-step SAM.gov checklist and flags it in every Go/No-Go check.

Where do the FAR clauses in my proposal come from?

Only from the solicitation and amendments you upload or that the Autopilot downloads from SAM.gov. The engine reads them and answers the clauses they contain. Anything it cannot confirm is left as a placeholder for you to fill in.

Can I edit what it writes?

Yes. Every proposal, capability statement, agreement and voucher can be edited, then exported as a formatted PDF or Word file with your logo.

How does pricing work?

You pay once for your edition: $897 for Core or $4,997 for Enterprise. Your edition also includes a monthly access plan that covers hosting, support and updates. Both run through Whop's secure checkout on this page.

What if I cancel?

Your edition is a one-time purchase, so it stays yours. If you are on a monthly plan, cancel anytime in Whop. You keep access until the end of the month you paid for, then it ends. Refunds follow the policy shown at checkout.

Do I need government contracting experience?

No. You do need to be willing to learn and to put in the work of bidding. The app explains each solicitation in plain English, walks you through SAM.gov registration and tells you which bids are realistic for a business your size.

How long until I win my first contract?

Honestly, it usually takes months, and nobody can guarantee a win. Most new contractors submit many bids before a first award, and many never win one. GovProposalPro makes each bid faster and more competitive. It can't make an agency choose you. See our earnings disclaimer.

Can I subcontract 100% of the work?

Usually not on a small business set-aside. Under FAR 52.219-14, the prime must keep a share of the work: for services, you can pay no more than 50% of what the government pays you to subcontractors that aren't similarly situated, and other limits apply to construction and supplies. The built-in checker shows where your bid stands before you submit.

How do I get my login?

After you purchase, you get an email with a link to create your login. Already a member? Sign in here.
